Stacey Schroepfer is an interpreter and C-Printtm captionist with the Services for Students with Disabilities office. Stacey was born and raised in Michigan but traded in the snowy weather for the mountains of Virginia 11 years ago. During that time, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Deaf Education from Radford University and recently, Stacey passed the national interpreter certification exam through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). Outside of her work at Virginia Tech, Stacey interprets for a video relay service and at Radford University. When she’s not working, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family and doing crafty things.
