Physical Access
This section provides the most useful information about physical access on campus. Follow the links shared below:
Reporting Physical Barriers
If you encounter any physical access issues on campus, you can report them through the Office for Equity and Accessibility's Report a Physical Barrier form. You may use this form for things like an accessible door button not working in a building you have class in or a sidewalk that is not cleared of snow.

The Hokie Bike Hub located in the Alternative Transportation Center on the ground floor of the Perry Street Parking Garage (1330 Perry Street) offers tools and resources for self-service wheelchair repairs. For more information contact them at 540-231-2116 or visit parking.vt.edu/alternative.
BT ACCESS, a service of Blacksburg Transit, provides door-to-door transportation services for individuals with disabilities. Students with temporary illness and injuries may also use the BT ACCESS. BT ACCESS runs any time and in any service area that the regular BT busses do, but is not limited to bus stops. You must be eligible and apply to BT ACCESS to use the service following instructions found at the BT ACCESS website.
